National Underground Railroad Freedom Center is excited to inform you that the annual King Legacy Celebration will be held on January 18, 2021, in a virtual format. This is Cincinnati’s premier event honoring steadfast progress in civil rights. The life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. embodies the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center’s principles of courage, cooperation and perseverance.
Although our annual celebration as an in-person experience has been interrupted due to COVID-19, our commitment to end oppression, racism and violence cannot waver. We need your assistance to continue our efforts in educational programs, exhibits and lectures. It is important that our community plays a vital role in celebrating the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Therefore, we are seeking your support for our 2021 MLK Day observance. This year, sponsorship of this event will include recognition of company within our virtual experience. Imagine the impact of your company brand promoted and displayed to our national audience via our broadcasted event.
We are pleased to welcome as keynote speaker DeMarco Morgan, a news anchor and investigative reporter from Los Angeles, as well as talented youth from the King Legacy Leadership Program and world renowned baritone Reginald Smith.
