Because of the need to keep us all safe in the midst of the ongoing pandemic, the IFC will be hosting it’s very first virtual Interfaith Leadership Summit titled, “Liberation in 2021: Interfaith Perspectives” The event is scheduled to take place on February 27th from 6:00pm – 9:00pm and will feature religious, spiritual, and civic leaders from across the nation sharing their thoughts and insights on what Liberation means to them and their particular community of faith in an ever-changing society. As always, we welcome those ages 18-39 to join us for this event, which will serve as a community celebration of deliverance through diversity and inclusion and unite advocates and allies. This event will give our young adult community space to express their experiences and feelings through a variety of artistic expressions AND empower advocates and allies to show their solidarity.
This event is hosted by the Interfaith Council of Metropolitan Washington.
