Interactive Food System Installation: Enjoy hors d’oeuvres while engaging your inner artist and map maker, exploring our regional food system, and learning about Cincinnati’s unique food innovations – from the animal disassembly line, Johnny Appleseed, bee hives, our wine and beer renaissances, to products like Crisco and Fleischmann’s Yeast.
